The Ashton HOA is currently managed by the Ashton Phase II subdivision developer, Queen City Development Group. The Architectural control board is comprised of Robert Bugg of Queen City Development Group and Jim Barnaba of James Custom Homes. A complete submittal of plans per the Architectural Control Guidlines above is required for all new construction. The Ashton HOA is professionally managed and is fully funded. Anual HOA dues are $675. See the HOA Dues document above for information on what the dues cover.
